The monthly plan

A website that works, without the cheque.

I build it, host it, and change whatever you want, whenever you want. You pay monthly instead of upfront — and half of every payment counts toward owning it outright.

$397/month
$200 to start · cancel any month
Yours free and clear in 18 months

$200 starts the build now — final, no refund. $397 a month starts when the site is live — not before.

How it works

Same build, same speed, same standard as anything else I make. The only difference is how it's paid for.

01 — Start

Pay $200

That covers the build. After you pay, one short form so I know what to make. No call needed unless you want one.

02 — I build it

Live in 10 business days

You see the whole thing as a private preview before anything goes public. Nothing launches until you're happy with it.

03 — I keep it running

Forever, or until you say stop

Hosting, security, updates, and every change you ask for. You never log into anything, renew anything, or fix anything.

What $397 a month covers

All of it. There is no tier above this one and nothing gets billed separately.

The part that makes this different

Half of every payment buys the site.

Most monthly website deals are rentals — you pay forever and own nothing. This one has an exit. Half of every payment, about $198, comes off a fixed $3,500 buyout price. Stay long enough and the site is simply yours, with no final invoice at all.

AfterYou've paidBuy it outright for
3 months$1,391$2,906
6 months$2,582$2,312
12 months$4,964$1,124
18 months$7,346Nothing — it's yours

Buy out at any point, not just the months listed. Once you own it, the files and the domain are yours to take anywhere — and if you'd rather I keep hosting and updating it, that continues at $97 a month instead of $397. Entirely your call.

Which one you should actually pick

I would rather you choose right than choose me. These are not the same deal and the cheaper one over three years is not the monthly plan.

Buy it outright — $2,997

  • You have the money available and it isn't needed elsewhere
  • You want the site as an asset on day one, in your name, with no strings
  • You'd rather pay less overall — over three years this is the cheaper path, and it isn't close
  • Your business is established and you're confident it'll still be here in five years
  • First 12 months of hosting and changes are included, then $97/month if you want it to continue
Own it — $1,498.50 now

Monthly plan — $397/month

  • Three thousand dollars is real money you'd rather keep working in the business
  • You want to be able to walk away if it doesn't produce, without having lost anything big
  • You never want to think about hosting, renewals, updates, or who to call
  • You want changes made constantly and don't want to be invoiced each time
  • You'd rather start this week than wait until you've saved for it

Start for $200

Pay the start fee. I build the site. $397 a month starts when it is live — not before. Half of every month counts toward owning it.

Pay $200 and start

After you pay, one short form so I know what to build. The $200 is final — it covers the build, no refunds. $397 a month starts when the site is live. Cancel any future month and the site comes down; money already paid stays paid. Terms.

The questions people actually ask

Isn't this more expensive than just buying it?

Over three years, yes, and I'm not going to pretend otherwise. What you're paying for is not having $2,997 leave your account this month, never touching the technical side, unlimited changes without an invoice each time, and being able to walk away whenever you like. That's the same trade as leasing anything else. If you have the money and you're staying put, buy it outright — I'll tell you that on the phone too.

What happens if I stop paying?

The site comes down and any credit you'd built toward owning it stops. Nothing goes to collections, I don't chase you, and there's no cancellation fee — you just tell me and we're done. If you come back later, we start fresh.

Who owns my domain name?

You do, always, in your name. That's yours whether you're on the monthly plan or not, and it's the one thing I'd never hold. The website itself is mine until you buy it out.

What counts as a change?

Text, photos, prices, hours, services, staff, adding a page, seasonal offers, swapping a booking link. Text or email me and it's done, usually the same day and always within 24 hours on a weekday. A complete redesign is a different conversation, but nothing routine gets billed.

Is there a contract or a minimum?

No. It's month to month from the first day. The only thing you're committing to is the $200 to start, which covers building it.

Can I switch to owning it later?

That's the point. Buy out at any time for the remaining balance — $3,500 less half of every monthly payment. The $200 start covers the build and does not count. After 18 months the balance is zero and it becomes yours without you doing anything.

What if I already have a website?

Then start with the free teardown. It measures what you have now and tells you in plain English what's broken and what it's costing you. Sometimes the honest answer is that yours is fine and you should keep it, and I'd rather say that than sell you something.
