These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of estebanwebstudio.com and related communications from Esteban Web Studio, operated by Esteban Consulting LLC, d/b/a Esteban Web Studio ("the studio," "we," "us"). By using this site or opting in to SMS, you agree to these Terms.

Who we are

Esteban Web Studio is a founder-led web design studio based in Miami, Florida. Project work, pricing, and deliverables are confirmed in a separate proposal, invoice, or written agreement for each engagement.

Website use

You may browse this site for information about our services. You agree not to misuse the site (including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it abusively, or submit malicious content through forms). Content on this site — branding, copy, and design — is owned by the studio unless otherwise noted. Client work shown remains subject to each client's rights.

Inquiries & quotes

Submitting a project inquiry does not create a binding contract. Quotes, timelines, and scope are confirmed in writing. Deposits, balances, and revision rounds are governed by the package terms stated on the site and/or your project agreement.

Payments, deposits, and refunds

Paying on this site or through a Stripe checkout linked from this site is a purchase, not a hold. All payments are final. There are no refunds, no chargebacks we will honor as a courtesy, and no cancellation that returns money already paid.

• $200 monthly start fee pays for the build. It is non-refundable. It does not credit toward the $3,500 buyout.
• $1,498.50 Signature deposit reserves the build slot. It is non-refundable. Changing your mind, delaying photos, or deciding you wanted the monthly plan instead does not get this money back.
• $1,498.50 Signature balance is due when the site is live. Until it is paid, the files stay with the studio. Once paid, you own the site. That payment is also final.
• $397/month can be cancelled going forward. You tell us, we stop the next charge, and the site comes down. Months already paid are not refunded. Buyout credit on those months stays only while the plan is active.

Preview-before-launch means we revise until you are happy within the scope of the package. It does not mean you can unwind the purchase. If you stop communicating or refuse to provide content, the fee still stands and the slot is used.

SMS / text messaging terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in (web form checkbox, text request, or verbal agreement on a call), you consent to receive SMS from Esteban Web Studio / Esteban Consulting LLC about website demos, project updates, appointment follow-ups, and related studio communications.

No warranties on third-party tools

Links to third-party sites, booking tools, payment processors, or hosting providers are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or SMS communications. Project-specific liability is limited as stated in your written project agreement.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes related to this website is Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless a project agreement says otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
