Send me your site and you'll have a real teardown back in about a minute — your actual load time measured on a phone, what each problem is costing you in seconds, and where the path to booking you breaks. Yours to keep whether you ever hire me or not.

  • Your real mobile load time, measured on Google's own tool — and what it's costing you.
  • Where customers drop off before they ever reach your booking or contact button.
  • The three fixes I'd make first, in plain English — specific enough to hand to anyone.

Miami businesses failed Google's speed target

In August 2026 I tested 48 independent Miami service business websites on Google's mobile speed test. Every single one failed Google's 2.5-second loading target. The median took 9.4 seconds. The worst took over thirty.

Almost none of those owners know it. Their site looks fine on the laptop it was built on — and their customers are on phones, on cell data, tapping away before anything appears.

Measured with Google Lighthouse, mobile profile. Methodology and full results available on request.

Why this matters

A slow website doesn't look broken. It just quietly costs you customers.

There's no error message and no complaint. People simply leave, and you never find out they were there.

01

People leave before they see you

Google's own research found that as load time goes from one second to five, the chance a visitor abandons the page rises sharply. They never see your prices, your work, or your reviews — they were gone before the page appeared.

02

Google ranks you lower for it

Loading speed is part of Core Web Vitals, which Google uses as a ranking signal. When two businesses are otherwise similar, the faster one tends to sit higher — and the higher one gets the call.

03

It quietly wastes your ad money

If you run ads, you pay for every click — including the ones who bounce before the page loads. A slow site means paying full price for visitors who never actually arrive.

Esteban Otero — founder I'm one person in Miami, not an agency. You deal with me from the first message to launch day and after it — that's why I only take a few builds at a time. The teardown runs on its own so you're not waiting on me; the moment you have a question about it, you get me.

Straight answers

What's the catch?

There isn't one, but you're right to ask. Here's exactly how this works.

Why would you do this for free?

Because it's the honest version of a sales pitch. You see how I think before you spend anything, and I find out whether your site is even worth rebuilding. Sometimes it isn't, and I'll tell you that too.

Am I going to get hounded?

No. You get the teardown, then I follow up once or twice. If you're not interested, say so and I'll stop — or ignore me and I'll stop anyway. Every message has a one-click way to shut me up for good. You won't be added to a mailing list.

Is it you, or is it software?

Both, and I'd rather say so than pretend. The measuring is automated — it's Google's own Lighthouse test plus a read of your page — which is exactly why it's instant and why I can afford to give it away. What it checks and how it's explained is mine. And the second you have a question about any of it, you get me on the phone, not a ticket.

What if I just want the fixes done?

Two ways. Buy the rebuild outright for a flat $2,997 and own it, or start for $200 and pay $397 a month where I build it, host it, and handle every change — with half of what you pay counting toward owning it. Either way it's live in about ten business days, and the teardown comes first so you know what you'd be buying.
